Neesha Merchant

Dr. Neesha Merchant is a staff radiologist in the Breast Imaging Division of the Joint Department of Medical Imaging (University Health Network, Sinai Health and Women’s College Hospital). She completed the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at the University of Toronto, followed by a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto.

Prior to joining JDMI, Dr. Merchant worked as a staff radiologist at other tertiary cancer centres including Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto and Cross Cancer Institute, Edmonton. She has a strong interest in medical education and finds immense satisfaction in teaching and mentoring trainees in the field.
