Advanced Imaging and Education Centre (AIEC)

Dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality education, the AIEC runs advanced imaging workshops that include computed tomography (CT) courses in cardiac, neurological, abdominal and vascular imaging.

About

One of JDMI’s primary objectives is to support advanced practice and research innovation, as demonstrated through the Advanced Imaging and Education Centre (AIEC), which is affiliated with the University of Toronto Department of Medicine – Medical Imaging.

Dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality education, under the direction of Dr. Tanya Chawla, and supported by Caitlin Gillan as the newly appointed manager, the AIEC runs advanced imaging workshops that include computed tomography (CT) courses in cardiac, neurological, abdominal and vascular imaging.

In this state-of-the-art environment, students are taught advanced techniques in imaging from a team of local and international instructors who are subject matter experts in their respective fields.
