About

Although there exist numerous definitions of equity, diversity, and inclusion, we believe it all comes down to recognizing that all humans are equal, regardless of their race, gender, and a variety of other factors.

OUR WORK

Our committee, with the members ranging from staff radiologists, technologists to clerical staff, focuses on three key areas: patient care, workplace, and mentorship and leadership. We want to ensure that throughout their hospital journey, all patients are treated equally. Likewise, from a workplace perspective, our goal is to provide safe and enjoyable work environment for our colleagues at the JDMI, acknowledging them as human beings.

The above committee groups focus both on some actionable items that can be changed rather quickly as well on the long-term goals that may require policy changes and external collaborations.
