Dr. Kim is a professor at the University of Toronto, Canada. He studied medicine at Seoul National University in Korea. Since his relocation to Toronto in 2003, he has worked as an abdominal radiologist and an active researcher in the Joint Department of Medical Imaging at the University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Women’s College Hospital. His major research interest is in the imaging diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis-related nodules, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and pancreatobiliary malignancies.
